Every RFQ submitted to [email protected] is read by a journeyman CNC programmer before the quote goes out. Tolerance feasibility, fixturing strategy, and material cert sourcing are flagged inline in the quote response — not buried in a generic terms page. There is no charge for pre-release DFM review on standard 2D drawings.

If you are still mid-design, we will tell you which GD&T callouts are costing you money without buying you performance, where a near-net-shape forging will out-machine a billet, and which surface-finish specs are pulling the part off the floor. Forty-one journeyman programmers and eleven ASQ-certified quality engineers sit between your drawing and the spindle — that is the entire point.
