01 / MACHINE ROSTER
Not a marketing line. The named centers, axis counts, and work envelopes below are the machines that hold your geometry the first time. Use this list to confirm envelope, axis count, and control architecture before requesting a quote.
Full B-axis milling + turning on a single setup. Work envelope Ø 25.6" × 80.7". Used for prismatic aerospace fittings, valve bodies, and orthopedic implants where concentricity between turned and milled features must be held in one workholding.
High-dynamics 5-axis simultaneous machining for monolithic structural components in titanium and Inconel. Travels to 25.6" × 22" × 20". Integrated trunnion table for part weights up to 1,540 lb.
Sub-spindle + live tooling turning for shaft, housing, and bushing geometries. Y-axis milling capability eliminates secondary operations. Bar capacity 3.0"; chuck work to Ø 14".
Dedicated 3-axis finish-pass and horizontal-pallet cells for high-volume runs of bracketry, fittings, and Tier-1 EV powertrain components. Pallet changers enable unattended lights-out production within climate-stabilized bays.
02 / METROLOGY
In-process inspection is non-negotiable on tight-tolerance work. Our machining centers run Renishaw OMP60 probing on every setup, measuring in-machine datum features before, between, and after machining cuts. A part leaves its workholding only after the probe confirms feature location against the drawing — no exceptions.
Final first-article inspection runs against the GD&T callouts on a Hexagon Global S Plus 7.10.7 coordinate measuring machine in a dedicated 68°F ± 1°F inspection cell. Reports are issued in the customer’s requested format — AS9102 First Article, AIAG PPAP, or customer-specific — with bubble drawings, variable data, and signed-off feature callouts.
Renishaw OMP60 probing + Reporter cycle on every setup, with datum alignment and feature measurement logged to the part traveler.
AS9102 / customer-format first-article inspection on Hexagon Global S Plus 7.10.7 CMM with PC-DMIS 2024.1 software.
Full AIAG PPAP package including control plan, PFMEA, MSA, capability indices (Cpk), and initial sample dimensional layout.
CMM scale and probe qualification verified daily; gage R&R submitted annually with MSA package for repeat programs.
03 / FACILITY
The DNYAK-D facility at 4215 E Elwood Street, Phoenix, AZ 85040 is a purpose-built precision shop, not a converted warehouse. The entire machine bay is climate-controlled to 68°F ± 2°F year-round — thermal stability that holds Inconel and titanium tolerances at sub-half-thou accuracy across an eight-hour shift.
Material staging is segregated by end-use: a dedicated bay for aerospace / defense work (ITAR-controlled, locked-cage, DDTC-compliant chain of custody) and a separate bay for medical and commercial programs. Bar stock, forgings, and plate enter through a single inspection dock, are tagged with full mill cert traceability, and flow through roughing, finishing, deburr, and inspection cells without crossing production zones.
Tooling is centralized in a climate-controlled tool crib managed by a single certified tool attendant per shift. Cutting-tool life is tracked per part number through tool-number serialization — every tool has a documented first-use date, target life, and replacement trigger, so a buyer’s repeat order runs against the same proven cutting parameters that shipped the original 14,000+ part numbers on file.
